Please use the form provided below in order to send us a reservation request. You will receive a reply shortly after we examine your request.

Hotel Policies
- Subject to availability a payment request will be sent to you once we have received your reservation request.
- A deposit of 25% of your stay total is required to guarantee your reservation.
- Deposit must be made within four calendar days of the receipt of the reservation form, or availability can not be guaranteed.
- 15:00 until 23:00 – If you arrive early and your apartment is vacant and ready you may occupy it, if not we will gladly store your luggage until such time that it is ready.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received in order for you to check-in.
- Until 11:00
- Babycots for children up to 2 years old are available at no extra cost upon request.
- Payment in full, along with a government-issued ID, must be received upon your arrival.
- We accept cash, bank deposits, and Western Union.
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted via email to lafeyra.hotel@gmail.com.
- Cancellation requests received 21 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus any banking or money transfer costs.
- Cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive no refund.
- For ‘Non-shows’ (guests who do not arrive without cancelling), the deposit is forfeit and will not be refunded.
- If for any reason your departure is earlier than planned, you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is less than the cost of a single night you will be charged for the entire night.
- Your accommodations are cleaned and stocked with fresh linens and towels prior to your arrival.
- Cleaning is provided for all studios/suites on a daily basis.
- Towels are changed every two days.
- Linens are changed every four days.
- Small pets are NOT allowed.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all inside areas of rooms and apartments. Smoking on the balconies is allowed.
